Where to buy
We sell our delicious, rare honey in small quantities via our online store.
When will my order arrive?
We use QXpress for local shipping (3-4 working days) with a flat fee of S$4.31 for all orders under 4kg.
*We offer free shipping for all orders over S$65.00
We suggest you include a phone number so the courier can reach you if nobody is at home.
Can I exchange or return my purchase?
You are only allowed to return and exchange purchases if Item received is defective or different from the product stated in your order confirmation. Do note that you will be refunded in the form of The Rare Honey Company store credits, which will take 5 working days to be processed.
Can I order in bulk?

Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship on a request basis anywhere in the world. Please send us an email at hello@therarehoneycompany.com and we'll see if we can help.
Why buy from the rare honey company?
We are a small family business and we are the beekeepers!
We do all the honey extraction in the beautiful native forests of south Western Australia and we do all the bottling ourselves. We select only the finest and purest honeys that are renown for their high levels of ‘total activity’ or medicinal qualities.
We bottle and seal our honeys raw and untouched, right at source and then ship direct to our Singapore office.
All our pure raw honeys come straight from our own hives; we don’t use any imported honeys from foreign countries that may be tainted (many Australian honey companies do this).
All our honeys are independently tested for their purity and total activity.
Should i just buy when i’m in Australia?
The honey you buy may not be real honey! (even when bought in Australia) a recent independent study in Australia revealed that in a sample of 100 global brands, almost 40% were adulterated with cheap ingredients like corn syrup, including many Australian local and boutique brands!
Unless you know who is behind the honey, then buying off the shelf in Australia is not much different to buying off the shelf elsewhere!

How long is the shelf life & will it expire?
The naturally occurring antibacterial properties in raw honey means that it does not expire, so you can stock up and enjoy anytime!
My creamed honey has begun to split, is it spoilt?
Our honey does not spoil, however due to the warm weather here in Singapore it may begin to split. Just use a wooden spoon to whip it back up and it's good to eat. We recommend storing your creamed honey in cooler temperatures like a wine fridge around 15°c if possible.
How do I participate?
In order to join the program, just click “Create an account”. Once you have done it, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by completing actions listed in "Rewards" tab from 15 July 2020 10am. Just click on “Rewards” tab to see the list of activities available for you to take part.
How can i spend my points?
It’s very simple and straightforward. Just click on “Rewards” tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can greatly boost your savings.
When will my points expire?
Your points will expire at the end of the month after a 12-month period.
Simply click on "Show order summary" when you're checking and you can add in your discount or referral code. Click on "apply" button and you will see the discount being deducted.
